Spring Slamboree

June 14-15th Asheville, NC

The 2008 Spring Slamboree Car Show was held at Piedmont Dragway in Julian NC on 03-22-08. It was an event packed car show with hundreds of custom rides showing off their modifications. I arrived at around 8:00am and by 12:00 the place was packed. It was great to see such a variety of custom cars and trucks show up at this dragstrip!

Some of the events at this show included free test and tune runs on the strip, a killer burn out competition, a sound off, and a bikini contest! The sun was out and the temperature was around 75 degrees or so. You couldn't ask for a better day to have a custom car show!
