What was your car inspiration:
This one is going to sound funny as heck, because not a lot of people could relate to it. But my inspirations came directly from a game I used to play on my iPhone called Racing Rivals. Unfortunately, I used to hack racing rivals a lot, so I had pretty much all the cars that anybody could have in-game. This included a 2011 Ford Mustang GT that I modified myself. Although I never expected to own this car, I found the opportunity when my neighbor was selling one for VERY cheap with very low miles. So, when I saw the opportunity, I took it and RAN.
The thing is, I've always loved Mustangs. From the days when I would watch the new Knight Rider series play on NBC to the times I've gone to car shows with my older siblings and looked in pure awe at what was my dream car.
Lucky for me, my dream has been made.
What made obtaining this car difficult:
Well, I've had a few struggles along the way. From financial difficulties to complete failure in college. I did fall short of where I thought I'd be. Although it's hard to accept these facts, they're what make me who I am to this day. And they are the things that allowed me to purchase such an awesome car!
Mod List:
Kenne Belle BAP
47# Ford Racing Injectors
Steeda CAI 101mm
Ported Ford Racing manifold
Ported ford racing throttle body
100 shot of N2O
BC racing coilovers
Boss 302 differential half shafts
Slicks & skinnies (hehe)
Exterior mods
Cost Involved:
So far, I have around $7,000.00 invested into my car with all the mods and the installations costs involved in making these mods. Although I did install certain parts myself, there were some things I wasn't able to do myself. Such as porting and whatnot. ( I don't trust myself porting my car, lol)
